City Council recently, with the help of an auditing firm, discovered major flaws with how the Office of Property Assessment values properties, something many had suspected.

While the deadline to file appeals for 2019 Market Value was in October, you still have the possibility of going back in time by filing what is known as a Nunc Pro Tunc which, if granted, allows you to appeal despite it being untimely.  The Law Offices of Christopher W.
