The Office of Property Assessment has yet again reassessed properties city-wide, resulting in an increase by 3.1 percent for single-family houses and condos for 2020. To find out if your property is subject to a tax increase next year, enter your address into  https://property.phila.gov/ and look for the 2020 value.

Increases in your assessment will result in a higher tax bill, and an increase in how much your mortgage company will escrow.  While navigating OPA’s website, please make sure you see Homestead Exemption if the property in question is your primary residence.
